Ricardo Cavolo is fast becoming recognised as one of the most exciting contemporary artists and illustrators to come out of Spain. ‘101 Artists to Listen to Before You Die’ is a showcase of Cavolo’s original artwork taken from the newly released book of the same title.

A die-hard music lover, Cavolo has painstakingly picked his 101 essential icons and expressed his adoration in the best way he knows how: creating beautifully illustrated hand drawn portraits. Accompanied by Cavolo’s personal musings and hilarious anecdotes, ‘101 Artists to Listen to Listen to Before You Die’ offers a charming journey through music history.

This is Cavolo’s highly anticipated second solo exhibition at Atomica Gallery following his almost sold out debut UK solo exhibition in 2013.
